How to reach us

 Position: historic centre of Ravenna - 10 minutes on foot from the station - 10 minutes by car from the motorway exit - a few steps away from the main monuments (Basilica of San Vitale, Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, National Museum) - situated in a quiet, tranquil area in a pedestrian precinct.

 From the Highway "A14" Bologna- Ravenna: take the first exit for Ravenna - So you are in Via Faentina - Go straight on for about 4 Km. following the signs to "RAVENNA CENTRO" - At the end of the road, turn right into Via Fiume Montone Abbandonato and then take the first road on the left - You are in Piazza Baracca - Now you have to look for Basilica of San Vitale - Use the car park of the Basilica of San Vitale (Piazzale Gorizia) - GALLA PLACIDIA B&B is approximately 200 metres from this car park in Via Mura di San Vitale,12.

 From the "E45", highway Roma - Orte - Ravenna: take the exit Ravenna - direction ADRIATICA -NORD and go straight down the road for 3/5 Km., following the signs RAVENNA - CENTRO - In the centre of the town look for Basilica of San Vitale - Use the car park of the Basilica of San Vitale (Piazzale Gorizia) - GALLA PLACIDIA B&B is approximately 200 metres from this car park in Via Mura di San Vitale, 12.

 From the railway station: go straight along "Viale Farini" until you arrive in "Piazza del Popolo" - Then turn right into Via IV Novembre and then on the left in Via Cavour - Go straight on until you find on your right Via Mura di San Vitale - GALLA PLACIDIA B&B is at number 12 .

 Car parkings:
100 metres from car park, payment during daytime hours (Piazza Baracca);
200 metres from spacious pay car park (Piazzale Gorizia), supervised during day time hours, with discount for long stays (exceeding a week);
500 metres from ACI supervised car park (Via Cura);
1000 metres from spacious free car parks (Piazza Resistenza and Piazzale Vacchi).

 Bicycle hire: bicycles are available free of charge from the Ravenna Tourist Agency (IAT in Via Salara, 300 metres from our Bed & Breakfast).

 Restaurants: special discounts are available with some of the best restaurants, pubs and beach facilities throughout the province of Ravenna.

 Beaches: the best beaches on the Riviera Romagnola (Marina di Ravenna - Punta Marina - Milano Marittima - Cesenatico) are within easy reach in just a short space of time, by bus from the railway station.

 Internet point: Piazza Baracca n°45, 100m far away from the B&B.
